Return Label Request (US)

Introduction

Process details on how U.S. Remote employees are to return any equipment provided by Qualfon back to Qualfon for the following scenarios:

• Employee has given their notice of resignation
• Employee has been terminated
• Employee is transferring departments/campaigns & the Qualfon equipment needs to be reimaged

ALL options are FREE to you.

Details

1. Choose the option that works best for you.  
   • Option 1 – Box Up the Equipment Yourself and Return it to a Local Qualfon Site:
     1. If you are within 25 miles of a Qualfon site, please return it locally to reception during normal business hours. 
   • If you need to ship your equipment back, do you have the Original Box AND Packing Material for your Equipment?
     • If YES, click on the link, in the table, for the Qualfon Site you are associated with/report to for Option 2, Pack Equipment back up in the original Box/Packing Material.
       • If you ONLY have the original box but NONE of the interior packing material, please use option 3.  Please don't just throw the equipment in a box and call it good.  Without the packing material, the equipment could be damaged during shipping.
     • If NO, click on the link, in the table, for the Qualfon Site you are associated with/report to for Option 3, Go to a Corporate Owned FedEx Office Print & Ship Center to have them Pack & Ship the Equipment.
       
       NOTE: If you are unsure which site link to click on below, refer to the Termination / Resignation email you received from the Person Office OR confirm with your Leader which site you are associated with / report to.
