Additionally, we have a connection diagnostic that will check to see if “your computer equipment is compatible with our requirements”. Please run the connection diagnostic to ensure your internet meets our business needs. If you find that you’re not compatible, at any time during the tech checks, notify your leadership to help you find ways to become compatible with our system.
Details
Locating Your Personal Computer Information:
- On your personal computer, click the Search box and type Control Panel.
- Open Control Panel, then select System.
- The System Information window will open. Verify that the screen displays your computer's system details.
- Take a screenshot of the window by pressing Alt + PrtScn on your keyboard. (This captures only the active window.)
- Paste the screenshot (Ctrl + V) into one of the following:
- An email to your Team Leader's work email address, with yourself copied on the message.
- A Word document (or similar application), then print and provide it to your Team Leader.
