Windows App Install For VDI

Introduction

The following page contains instructions for how to install the Windows App, allowing you to connect to a Qualfon VDI.

Details

1. Visit the Microsoft Store on your computer and download the 'Windows App' (then proceed to Step 3) or visit this page to download the Microsoft Store (MS) App “Windows App” directly.   Link: https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9n1f85v9t8bn?hl=en-us&gl=US
   
   
2. Click “Open” in top right corner or bottom of browser and open the file.
   
   
   
   
   
3. Windows App will install automatically and open. It can also be accessed via the Windows Start menu. Please sign in using your Qualfon email address and accept the 2FA push to your mobile device.
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. You will see your assigned VDI on the dashboard. Click “Connect” to launch your VDI.
