Windows App Install For VDI

Introduction

This page explains how to install the Windows App to access a Qualfon VDI.

NOTE: If the Windows App requires an update, follow the How to Check for Updates to Windows App process.

Details

1. Visit the Microsoft Store on your computer and download the Windows App.
   1. Or visit this page to download the Windows App directly.
      
      
      
2. Click Open in the top right (or bottom of browser) to open the file.
   
   
   
    
3. Windows App will install and open. Sign in with your Qualfon email address and accept the 2FA MS Authenticator push to your mobile device.
   
   NOTE: Windows App may also be accessed via the Windows Start menu.
   
   
   
   

4. Once signed in, the dashboard will display your assigned VDI(s). Select Connect to open your VDI.

   
   
   
5. When your shift is complete, select Sign out to end your VDI session. If required, you can also Restart the VDI to end your session.
