Connecting to Windows App VDI

Introduction

Process details how Work@Home Agents are to log into the Qualfon Windows App VDI.  If you need to install the Windows App refer to the Windows App Install For VDI process.

Details

1. Click on the Windows App from either the taskbar, start menu, or desktop.
   
   
2. You might be prompted to choose an account, depending on what applications you've already logged in / authenticated.
   
   
3. Click on the blue Connect button for your assigned VDI from the dashboard. 
   
   
   
4. The first time you log in, be patient, as it will take a while to connect / load the VDI.  
   
   
5. Proceed to open the apps needed to support your client. Company Portal can be found in the list of all programs and may have software available for download.
6. At the end of your shift do not forget to Log out of Windows App VDI.
